JTTASAS shock absorbers and struts come with a 1 year/30,000 km warranty. You can buy with confidence.
Our comprehensive warranty coverage ensures that you receive quality products and professional support. If any manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new one.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

When a purchaser make a warranty claim for a defective JTTASAS product, the product must be inspected to see if the product qualifies for replacement.

To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective product to an authorized JTTASAS dealer for verification and exchange. A valid copy of the original dated retail proof of purchase receipt must accompany any warranty claim.

If the provisions of this warranty are met, the product will be replaced with a new one.

Warranty claims will not be honored for products that:
- Are worn, but not defective
- Installed on non-cataloged applications
- Purchased from un-authorized JTTASAS distributor
- Are improperly installed, modified or abused
- Are installed on vehicles for commercial or racing purposes
Note: This warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. This warranty has no cash value.
